Academic Disqualification

Students who have previously been on academic notice may be subject to academic disqualification if either their º£½ÇÉçÇøCI and/or Cumulative/Overall GPA falls below the minimum GPA based on their class level:

Class Level - Determined by Units Completed Minimum º£½ÇÉçÇøCI and Overall GPAs Needed to Avoid Academic Disqualification
Freshmen (0-29 units) 1.50
Sophomores (30-59 units) 1.70
Juniors (60-89 units) 1.85
Seniors (90 or more units) 1.95

Academic Disqualification means that you are no longer a student at º£½ÇÉçÇøCI. However, if you want to return to º£½ÇÉçÇøCI to complete your degree, you can work towards raising your GPA(s) back to 2.0 and petition for reinstatement.

Meet with an Academic Advisor

We highly recommend that you meet with an academic advisor to discuss your plan for returning to º£½ÇÉçÇøCI. If you are no longer able to schedule an appoinmtent through , you can contact our front office to request a reinstatement appointment:
