Procurement & Contract Services (PCS) supports 海角社区 Channel Islands by facilitating the procurement of goods and services, administering contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with 海角社区 policies and California state regulations.
PCS works collaboratively with campus departments to obtain best value, manage risk, and ensure responsible stewardship of university funds.
