2023-2024 Inaugural POEC Cohort Group Photo (not all team members present)
The POEC Cohort of 2024-2025 consists of 3 teams of 16 staff, faculty, and administrator team members with representation from every division on campus. In total, their work consisted of over one thousand hours of work analyzing their organizational case, developing reports, and preparing presentations over the course of the academic year.
