Orientation is designed as a valuable start to your journey at º£½ÇÉçÇøCI, providing essential resources and experiences to help you succeed. Please note that the orientation fee is non-refundable and will be billed directly to your account.
The Orientation fee is non-transferable to future terms and must be paid as outlined below—even if your plans change (for example, if you decide to withdraw your admission or choose not to enroll). This policy applies in all cases, including:
- Requesting a withdrawal of your admission (provisional or final)
- Not meeting an admission or enrollment requirement or deadline (including transcript deadlines)
- Having your provisional admission rescinded after final transcript review

Orientation Fee Terms
The Orientation Fee is a mandatory, one-time Category II campus-based fee assessed upon acceptance of admission. By accepting admission, I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for paying the Orientation Fee in full by the published tuition and fee payment deadline, regardless of whether I attend Orientation or later change my plans, including withdrawing my admission or deciding not to enroll at º£½ÇÉçÇøCI. The Orientation Fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. I understand that financial aid does not automatically cover this fee, and any unpaid balance may result in account holds, referral to collections, or other administrative actions in accordance with university policy.
