Priority Actions

A1: Develop and implement a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, ensuring that it includes a Black Student Recruitment, Yield & Retention Plan and improved programmatic and support experiences for transfer and commuter students.
A2: Implement Phase III of the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Plan and use it to align communication platforms with institutional values, mission, and behaviors.
A3: Develop and implement a transparent, data-informed process for launching the Academic Master Plan approved in 2022-23.
A4: Integrate º£½ÇÉçÇøCI’s unique place-based assets in curricular and co-curricular activities and maximize their potential for high-impact teaching and learning experiences.

Goal B: Academic Excellence

Investing in faculty achievement and academic program continuous improvement

Priority Actions

B1: Improve the quantity and quality of sponsored projects that advance our regional impact and foster strong community relationships.
B2: Support and fund scholar-teachers to continually enhance the quality of student academic experiences.
B3: Integrate next generation technological advances into academic programs, ensuring ongoing faculty development in using instructional technologies effectively and innovatively.
B4: Strengthen an assessment culture, collecting and utilizing data to understand and improve retention rates and persistence rates, eliminate equity gaps, and remove administrative barriers.

Goal C: Student Success

Supporting student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation

Priority Actions

C1: Continue to expand student access to the Basic Needs Program and wellness services (Counseling & Psychological Services; Student Health Services; Wellness Promotion & Education; Title IX & Inclusion office)
C2: Improve New Student Onboarding processes for cross-divisional services and operations.
