Priority Actions

G1: Strengthen integrated and multi-year fiscal and program planning across all divisions, ensuring budget structures that align with fiscal viability and result in the strategic allocation of resources.
G2: Increase and diversify existing revenue streams beyond general funds and tuition (e.g., Site Authority, University Auxiliary Services, Extended University, Indirect Costs for Facilities and Operations).

H1: Leverage recent philanthropic successes to advance a comprehensive fundraising strategy and structure for promoting philanthropic giving, external funding, and public-private partnerships.

Goal I: Operational Efficiency

Working together with curiosity and care to create systems, structures, and strategies to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability

Priority Actions

I1: Continue to implement and evaluate the impact of º£½ÇÉçÇøCI’s Climate Action Plan.
I2: Provide purposeful and extended onboarding processes for all new (or new to their position) staff, faculty, and administrators, structured to intentionally increase opportunities for connections within and across divisions; to communicate DEIA values, expectations, initiatives, and accountability efforts; and to support positive morale.
I3: Ensure proper supervisory training for employees with direct reports as well as accountability for and support in the development of staff retention strategies, working within º£½ÇÉçÇø Salary Structure and CBA requirements.
I4: Review and evaluate º£½ÇÉçÇøCI’s Policy on Telecommuting for efficacy and impact on attracting and retaining employees.
I5: Promote and support ongoing professional development as central to career progression for staff, ensuring awareness of options and opportunities for advancement.
